Environmental Project Officer

Responsibilities

• To plan, implement and review different environmental projects, social campaign.(e.g. waste reduction campaign, reduce single use plastics, food waste reduction campaign)
• To manage, coordinate and implement environmental campaigns, educational and promotional activities, adhoc campaigns.
• Coordinate and held outdoor activities such as beach clean up and ecological activities
• To execute different types of internal and external works such as internal clerical works and external communication works with potential partners, and held volunteer program and training activities.
• To research and develop data base, coordinate questionnaire survey and organize researched data.
• Assist supervisors conduct various of works

Requirements:

• 2 years or more solid working experience on Project coordination, environmental protection, social policy campaign.
• Able to coordinate events and projects, volunteer activities. Worked in Green Group or other Charity is preferable.
• Have experience of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, video production & Editing, or with media background
• Enthusiastic to environmental protection, commit to the mission of organization
• Work Independently, strong initiative, mature, committed to work and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Internet, Windows Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Immediately available is preferable
