"Zero Food Waste in CityU" campaign - Lunch with Zero Food Waste
The “Zero Food Waste in CityU” campaign is organised by the City University of Hong Kong and Greeners Action and is founded by the Environment and Conservative Fund. The opening ceremony of the program “Lunch with Zero Food Waste” was held today. It is the first program of the “Zero Food Waste Week”(25/09-29/09). In the ceremony, apart from having our Save Food Ambassadors sharing their remarkable experiences on promoting the “Actions for Categorising Sources of Food Waste at Canteens”, we also invited Sugar Club, a local band, to share their tips to reduce food waste and play games with the public. Moreover, all the guest and the ambassadors enjoyed a Lunch with Zero Food Waste to support reducing food waste in daily life.
