Fund-Raising Activities

Plastic waste is posing a threat to our environment. The "Amazing Greeners - Fight for No Plastic – Kat O 2023" organized by Greens Action for 3 executive years led corporate and group participants to conduct a shoreline cleanup and guided island tour activity at Kat O on December 10.

Our Amazing Greeners successfully cleaned 72 bags weighing more than 270 kilograms of marine debris. In addition to the commonly observed plastic bottles, drinking straws and disposable tableware, the garbage collected also includes large-scale garbage such as fishing nets and car tires.

Greeners Action hopes to draw public attention to disposable plastic pollution and waste issues through this event and reflect on the heavy price paid by the throwaway culture.

Greeners Action would like to deliver our thanks to many companies and institutions for their sponsorship and support. The funds raised will be used to support Greeners Action to promote various environmental protection work in the future.
