“Less rice for $1 Less” advertising campaign 04th September, 2007
The Greeners Action (original name: Green Student Union) held the first “Less rice for $1 Less” in the territory, aimed at promoting good habit of being “Food Wise” to reduce the serious problem of food waste. Our volunteers and volunteers from Foshan, near 20 people, had the “Less rice for $1 Less “chef’s look on, appeared, during lunch hours, in Olympian City to promote the campaign “Less rice for $1 Less” to be held on 05th September, 2007. The campaign gained support from 11 eateries in the shopping mall, starting September, customers could enjoy $1 discount when ordering “less rice” in participating eateries in every first Wednesday of the month. The reduction of amount of rice will be by its one third. Some participating eateries even provide “$1 discount for meal completion” scheme, in which each customer finishing the ordered meals over 95%, could have $1 discount in bill.
