10 teams won in first round screening competed for 2 final round places in the “Cook for Green Competition2015” held in Hollywood Plaza, Diamond Hill on 19th of July, in which they applied creativities in turning food remains into a delicious meal. According to the Greeners-Action chairman Mr. Ho Hon Wai, menus passing the first screening are wide, they are of appreciation no matter they are main dishes or dessert. From the competition, it is ascertained that food remains do not and should not necessarily end up in landfills as they can magically be our tasty food again.
