 The plastic pallet is now brought to the beaches again due to the typhoon last week. Although it seems that all our effort is wasted, the typhoon also flushed the pallet from the rock crack to the beach so that it is easier to be cleaned now. Last Sunday(19/8), according to some of our passionate volunteers, Greeners Action changed our cleaning-up destination from the Big Wave Bay to Chi Ma Wan, which is polluted more seriously. More than a hundred people took the ferry to the pier of Chi Ma Wan and walked to the Shap Long beach. There were noticeable plastic pallet all over the sand, everyone began to clean up quickly after settled down. The number of pallet collected was higher than the previous campaign.
