The competition aims to encourage the public to reduce food waste by applying their creativity. Its final round competition was held on 29th November in the Town gas Cooking Centre in Causeway Bay. Six teams of family group won in separate three rounds of district-based competition plus 10 teams of chef group passing first round screening competed for prices by showing their creativity as well as excellent cooking skill in turning disposed raw materials, or so-called food remains, into a delicious meal.
