There are about two weeks from the Lunar New Year, although replacing the olds with new items is a norm, still we could have a green Lunar New Year holiday. The Greeners Action, a green charity, has been consecutively organizing the “Red Pocket Recycling and Reuse campaign”for 10 years. In 2018, there were already over 12 million red pockets collected, starting the 23rd January, 2019 we distributed for free the “renewed red pockets” in various districts to encourage people to buy less new red pockets. This is money-saving and environmental-friendly. At the same time, we announced the position of over 360 distribution points in the territory for people to go. Since 2012, over 23 million renewed red pockets have been distributed so far. We believe the public acceptance to “Renewed Red Pocket” will increase with time.
