The “Cook for Green Competition 2015” organized by the Greeners-Action is now open for application. Together with star-rated campaign ambassador Miss Wong Shuk Yee who impromptu demonstrated the way of “upgrading food remains” through producing fresh and healthy apple juice in Tai Po market that drew many people’ appraising attention, Greeners-Action chairman Mr. Ho Hon Wai said it is actually not difficult to “upgrade” food remains as long as creativity is applied, and he encouraged people to participate in the meaningful competition.
